Customer identity
Protected Portal access requires a verified customer identity. Business workspace membership is checked separately from the login itself.
SamanConnect connects multiple systems through one platform, but it does not treat every system, customer or credential as the same security boundary.
Server-side protection
Internal service credentials stay on trusted server routes instead of being exposed to browser code.
Separate systems
Each system can use separate application and environment credentials instead of relying on one shared master credential.
Spending safeguards
Variable-cost systems are designed to sit behind prepaid credits, limits and reservation controls before provider-billed work is allowed.
Operational controls
Audit, incident, notification, backup and emergency controls help contain problems and preserve useful evidence.
Privacy by default
Optional analytics remain disabled. Necessary security storage is kept separate from optional tracking.
What we do not claim
No online service can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted availability. We describe controls we actually use or are building into the platform, and we avoid presenting security as a certification unless that certification has genuinely been obtained.
