This is a practical summary of how MasterHub handles data. Replace the contact details and adapt wording to your exact setup before production.

• Account details (when you sign in): user ID, email, display name, and profile image (from your auth provider).
• Usage state you create: saved/favorited tool slugs and basic preferences needed to run the site.
• Billing status (premium): we store entitlement status (active/plan) and Stripe IDs. We do not store your full card details.
• Technical logs: basic security/audit logs for admin actions (to protect the platform).

MasterHub uses cookies for sessions (sign‑in), CSRF protection, and preferences. You can manage non-essential cookies from the Cookie Settings page.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives payment information directly. MasterHub receives confirmation (e.g., subscription active) so we can grant premium access.

Some projects are external. When you open an external tool, you are interacting with a third‑party site. Their privacy policy applies to what you do on their website.

We keep account and saved items while your account exists. Billing entitlements may be retained for compliance and to prevent fraud. You can request deletion where applicable.
