This Privacy Policy applies to visitors, account holders, customers, and other people who use SamanConnect — MasterHub and its related public pages, account pages, billing flows, and delivery areas.
We only collect the categories of data needed to operate the platform, protect it, and fulfil purchases or access rights.
- Account information such as user ID, email address, display name, and profile image where provided by the sign-in provider.
- Saved items, preferences, profile edits, and account-linked activity needed to deliver the requested service.
- Billing and entitlement records, such as Stripe customer references, subscription state, one-time unlocks, and order status.
- Security and operational logs where needed to protect admin areas, prevent abuse, and keep the service working.
We use personal data to provide the platform, maintain account sessions, process purchases, grant access, deliver digital items, and comply with legal obligations. We do not needlessly collect data unrelated to those purposes.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles payment details directly on its systems. The platform receives payment and billing status information needed to grant access, manage subscriptions, and show order records. Some areas also rely on Google/Firebase for sign-in and account session handling.

We keep data only for as long as it is needed for the platform, security, support, legal obligations, or legitimate records of purchases and access rights. Retention periods can vary depending on the type of data involved.
