These Terms explain the rules for using the platform, buying access, interacting with public tools, and accessing related account areas.
SamanConnect — MasterHub is operated from Cyprus. These Terms apply to the public website, account pages, billing flows, storefront, downloads, and related services unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
The platform may provide public tools, premium tools, product listings, digital delivery, account areas, sponsored placements, and other related services. Parts of the service may change over time.
Some areas require a signed-in account. Users are responsible for using their own account properly and must not attempt to bypass access controls, impersonate others, or interfere with the secure operation of the service.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription access remains valid only while the relevant billing status remains active. One-time project purchases or digital grants only apply to the purchasing account or authorised recipient, depending on the item purchased.
Subscription changes and cancellations are handled through the relevant billing flow. Refund rights depend on the specific product, service, digital access granted, and any applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms overrides mandatory legal rights that apply by law.
Some tools, links, viewers, or hosted services may involve third parties. The operator is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or privacy practices beyond the platform's own controlled areas.
Users must not use the service for illegal activity, abuse, fraud, harassment, malware distribution, phishing, credential theft, or attempts to damage or misuse the platform or other users.
Unless otherwise stated, the platform's original branding, layouts, modules, code, content, and other protected material remain the property of the operator or their licensors. Use of the service does not transfer ownership of those rights.
The platform is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, service interruption, data loss, or third-party failures outside the operator's reasonable control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply by law.
