MasterHub is operated by a private individual based in Cyprus. References to “we”, “us”, or “operator” refer to the site owner.

MasterHub provides a directory and launcher for internal modules, external projects, sponsored placements, and subscription-based premium access.

Access to premium projects is granted only when securely access indicate an active subscription or valid one-time unlock. Attempting to bypass access controls is strictly prohibited.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full payment details. Subscription access remains active only while payment is valid. One-time unlocks grant access only to the purchasing account.

Subscription cancellations are managed via the Stripe Billing Portal. Refund eligibility depends on the specific plan and applicable EU consumer law. Digital access may not be refundable once granted, except where required by law.

External projects are operated by third parties. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or compliance. Accessing external links is at your own risk.

Sponsored content is clearly labeled. Sponsors are independent parties, and we do not guarantee or endorse their products or services.

You must not use the service for illegal activity, harassment, threats, malware distribution, scraping, reverse engineering, or abuse. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

All original content, branding, and internal modules remain the property of the operator. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit content without permission.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Cypriot courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
