Terms of Service

SamanConnect is provided by SamanConnect, operated from Cyprus. You can contact us at saman.abotaleby@gmail.com.

SamanConnect provides a shared customer account and workspace through which separate SamanConnect systems may be discovered, accessed and managed. Individual systems can have additional product terms, pricing, usage rules or privacy notices.

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use SamanConnect for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to create or use the workspace and to bind that organization where applicable.

• Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• Protect your sign-in credentials and email account.
• Do not share an account in a way that defeats individual access controls.
• Do not access a workspace, system or data you are not authorized to use.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You keep ownership of content and business data you lawfully provide to SamanConnect. You give us the limited permission necessary to host, process, transmit, back up and otherwise handle that content to provide, secure and support the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right and lawful basis to upload or process information about other people through your workspace.

Access to a connected system may depend on workspace membership, account status, a paid product, an entitlement, available credits, geographic availability, maintenance status or security controls. We may add, change, suspend or retire systems or features where reasonably necessary.

Before a paid product is activated, the applicable price, billing method and material usage limits should be presented to you. SamanConnect may offer subscriptions, one-time purchases, service fees or prepaid usage credits. Prepaid credits are not a bank account, deposit or stored-value financial product and cannot be used outside the applicable SamanConnect services.

Variable-cost services may stop or refuse work when available credit or configured spending limits are insufficient. This is a safety control and does not create an obligation for SamanConnect to extend credit.

Taxes, invoicing, cancellation and refund rights depend on the product, customer type, location and applicable law. Product-specific checkout information forms part of the agreement for that purchase. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

You must not use SamanConnect to break the law, infringe rights, commit fraud, distribute malware, phish for credentials, harass others, bypass security or payment controls, probe systems without authorization, interfere with service availability, scrape protected data, impersonate another person, or access another workspace without permission.

Some current or future systems may use AI or automated processing. Outputs can be incomplete, outdated or incorrect and should be reviewed before they are relied on for important decisions. Unless a specific product expressly says otherwise, SamanConnect does not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical or other regulated professional advice.

SamanConnect relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers, including identity, hosting, payment, email, database and storage providers. Their availability can affect SamanConnect. Third-party services may also have terms that apply directly to you when you choose to use them.

We aim to operate SamanConnect reliably, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. We may restrict access to protect customers, investigate abuse, perform maintenance, respond to legal requirements or prevent security or financial harm.

We may suspend or restrict an account, workspace or system where reasonably necessary because of security risk, non-payment, legal requirements, abuse, material breach of these Terms or risk to other customers or the platform. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to product-specific cancellation rules and outstanding obligations.

SamanConnect software, branding, interfaces, documentation and original platform materials are owned by the operator or applicable licensors. These Terms give you a limited right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of SamanConnect intellectual property.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SamanConnect is provided without guarantees that it will meet every specific business requirement or that every output will be error-free. We are not responsible for losses caused by your unauthorized use, unlawful customer content, failure to protect credentials, or third-party services outside our reasonable control.

For business users, and only to the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential losses is excluded and aggregate liability relating to a paid service is intended to be limited to the fees paid for the affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it.

We may update these Terms as the platform changes. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continuing to use a service after an updated version becomes effective may be treated as acceptance where permitted by law; where fresh agreement is required, we will ask for it explicitly.

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without removing mandatory rights or jurisdiction protections that apply under applicable law.
